Lavender Implosion

5,000.00

Lavender Implosion is an abstract portrayal of a flower dreaming in vivid, celestial color. Bursting with purples, pinks, and ethereal textures, it captures the instant a bloom transcends its physical form, erupting into something deeply emotional and imaginative. This is not a flower you see—it’s one you feel, as if caught in the pulse of its dream, revealing the beautiful tension between growth, chaos, and transformation.

Description

In Lavender Implosion, we witness not merely a bloom, but a metamorphosis—an explosion of florality from within the subconscious of a flower. The painting captures the moment a dream erupts from the soul of nature itself, where petals are not defined by form but by force, texture, and light. Rich violets, ethereal lavenders, and streaks of electric pink and gold pull the eye inward, into the heart of something both botanical and cosmic. This isn’t a flower as we know it—this is what a flower feels like when it dares to imagine.

The implosion suggests a quiet violence: the shattering of boundaries between stillness and movement, between being and blooming. As colors collide and spill across the canvas, we are invited into an inner landscape where nature unlearns its own rules. The fluid motion speaks to the impermanence of beauty—how it flourishes, folds, and fades, all while leaving behind echoes of what once was. This is a portrait of impermanence, of a moment too bold to last but too powerful to forget.

Yet beneath the drama lies serenity. The luminous purples, so often symbols of introspection and imagination, create a spiritual tension between chaos and calm. Lavender Implosion reminds us that even in destruction, there is release. Even in endings, there are beginnings. It is when flowers dream that the universe listens—and blooms not from soil, but from soul.

Pranav, our little artist is 11 years old and he loves to play with colours in unconventional ways. He finds brush boring and enjoys playing with his fingers , paper, leaves , knives, sponge and everyday things.

More about pranav
Pranav is from Gurugram , India and lives with his family. Pranav was 2 weeks when his family got to know that he had Down Syndrome. As expected ,it seemed that the sky had fallen on them. But that did not stop them they worked hard to understand all the different ways to educate pranav and help him cope with his slower learning rate but like a shimmer of hope at the end of a tunnel.

Pranavs journey
When Pranav was 6 years , during his occupational therapy (OT) classes, a new art educator- Rahul sir conducted a trial painting session. Pranav’s family was a little sceptic and weren’t sure if it would be of any benefit, as kids his age use crayons and sketch pens. Pranav sat on artist chair and he was only supposed to play with water and colours .His parents were amazed to see how sir made Pranav splash water and pour colors and something magical was created .This trial class was a new found joy for him. Few sessions with Pranav’s sir and his family could see the progress. Pranav’s family could see how his eyes would always light up at the sight of colours. This gave them encouragement and set the seed for what Pranav is today.
Covid time was a big help. Earlier he could do painting only during painting classes but during covid, he was able to do it everyday. So thank you to YOU TUBE n PINTEREST where Pranav and his mother would together watch lots of videos and experiment various ideas. This added fun to what he was already doing and this meant that everyday he could try new ideas. Pranav has participated in many National and 1 International Art Exhibition. His art has been featured on multiple platforms . He was the youngest artist at DEEP DOWN ARTS EXHIBITION , MEXICO. Pranav has also done 3 solo exhibitions at prestigious locations. Pranav’s paintings are full of life and ooze a sense of positivity and optimism. He is currently in an inclusive school setup. You can follow is art journey.
