Description
Imagine a stunning pour art piece that captures the essence of expansion and growth within a semicircular canvas. The background is a pristine white, providing a clean and luminous backdrop against which the vibrant colors stand out.
In the center of the canvas, a semicircle of fluid acrylic paints in shades of blue and purple unfolds. The blues range from deep navy to tranquil cerulean, swirling and blending together seamlessly like currents of water in a vast ocean. Interspersed within the blues are hints of purple—rich amethyst and ethereal lavender—that add depth and contrast to the composition.
Amidst this oceanic palette, a touch of gold shimmers delicately, catching the light and imparting a sense of elegance and richness to the artwork. The gold accents resemble delicate ripples or sparkling reflections, enhancing the dynamic movement and energy of the piece.
As your eyes trace the curves of the semicircle, you sense a feeling of expansion and movement outward from the center. The fluidity of the pour art technique creates organic patterns and textures, evoking the natural beauty of swirling galaxies or the intricate veins of a precious gemstone.
Overall, this pour art piece in a semicircle captures the essence of expansion with its fluid forms and rich colors. It invites viewers to contemplate the vastness and beauty of the universe, while the combination of blue, purple, gold, and white creates a harmonious and visually captivating composition.

More about pranav
Pranav is from Gurugram , India and lives with his family. Pranav was 2 weeks when his family got to know that he had Down Syndrome. As expected ,it seemed that the sky had fallen on them. But that did not stop them they worked hard to understand all the different ways to educate pranav and help him cope with his slower learning rate but like a shimmer of hope at the end of a tunnel.
Pranavs journey
When Pranav was 6 years , during his occupational therapy (OT) classes, a new art educator- Rahul sir conducted a trial painting session. Pranav’s family was a little sceptic and weren’t sure if it would be of any benefit, as kids his age use crayons and sketch pens. Pranav sat on artist chair and he was only supposed to play with water and colours .His parents were amazed to see how sir made Pranav splash water and pour colors and something magical was created .This trial class was a new found joy for him. Few sessions with Pranav’s sir and his family could see the progress. Pranav’s family could see how his eyes would always light up at the sight of colours. This gave them encouragement and set the seed for what Pranav is today.
Covid time was a big help. Earlier he could do painting only during painting classes but during covid, he was able to do it everyday. So thank you to YOU TUBE n PINTEREST where Pranav and his mother would together watch lots of videos and experiment various ideas.
